Delivery
Customer satisfaction is our primary objective and all orders are securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail parcel service and should be with you 1 to 2 days from posting.
Royal Mail deliver anytime between 9.00am and 5.00pm. In our experience the majority of deliveries occur before 2.00pm. Please note deliveries will only occur on weekdays (Mon to Fri). Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. If you have any special requests on delivery please state at the payment stage, e.g leave with a neighbour.
We deliver all our personalised printed products to the UK and Northern Ireland. Due to the delicate nature of our canvas prints we unfortunately do not deliver to any other locations.
Delivery timescales are as follows:
Standard size canvas prints are delivered within 10 working days.
Personalised bags, cushions and roller blinds are all delivered within 15 working days.
